Three men of faith - a Christian, a Jew, and a Muslim - convened at the church on Sunday, October 28th to discuss where their faiths overlap and diverge while hearing questions and commentary from the audience. The Interfaith Dialogue was sometimes serious, sometimes humorous, and always lively.

Colgate University Chamber Singers Concert at F.B.C.

Thursday, November 1st at 7:00 p.m.

Colgate's superb chamber singers performed here at the university's mother church.

The church held its annual Harvest Dinner on Sunday, November 4th.

​Red Cross Blood Banks at F.B.C.

The most recent blood drive at the church was held on Wednesday, November 7th. F.B.C. hosts several of them per year.

Thanksgiving grocery shopping for families in need

Friends of F.B.C. were encouraged to help families that may not have a means for the makings of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner by doing the grocery shopping for them. In years past, all bags and envelopes have been fulfilled due to your generosity.

Filled bags were distributed at St. Mary's Parish Center on November 17th. It is expected that 150 local families will be helped this year.

The church hosted the Holiday Auxiliary Sale to benefit the Community Memorial Hospital on Saturday, December 1st. The sale raised more than $8,000 for the hospital.

Friendship Club will visit the Hubbardsville Manor on Tuesday, December 11th.

Colgate students of many national and religious backgrounds enjoy various ethnic meals and inviting company at a Friday evening International Student Dinner hosted by the church.

 During the month of October, One Great Hour of Sharing collected an offering for victims of recent hurricanes.

10 a.m. to 3 p.m. AND 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Participants are welcome to bring wrapping paper, some Scotch tape, ribbons, or gift tags.

A Service of Lessons and Carols

7 p.m.

Colgate Memorial Chapel


The annual candlelight service tells the Christmas story through nine Biblical passages and favorite carols.

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. A holiday reception will follow the service.

This event is open to the public. Everyone is welcome!

Children's Christmas Pageant: Trimming the Tree

The youth will perform their annual Christmas play.
