What is Baptism?
Following the teachings of Jesus Christ, the practice of baptism by immersion in water is offered to those who have come to faith in God through Jesus Christ. Baptism is an outward sign of your inward reality. Baptism symbolizes your belief in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus for the forgiveness of sin and newness of life.

"Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved..."
-- Mark 16:16

 "O Lord, our Lord,
how majestic is your name in all the earth! . . .

    When I consider your heavens,
        the work of your hands,
    the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is man that you are mindful of him . . ."

-- from Psalm 8
